OSET has no involvement with the running of the Cahors centre.

In August 2007 Cahors was taken over, from the Hoi An Town Peoples Committee, by the Blue Dragon Foundation.  Staffing is now provided by Blue Dragon.

OSET   provides the Information and Communications Technology program and to supply and maintain computers and internet facilities.  The aim is to give the children the same opportunities of research, play and computer literacy that  is available to  children in a normal family environment.
