Education of its citizens is an
indispensable condition to Vietnam 's growth and future. The children at
the Centre are those who would otherwise not go to school, either for
reasons of distance or poverty. Education can break the cycle of poverty
and provide good citizens to the community.
Lack of fund is constraining current projects but work continues.
IT, ESL and Social
skills:
An agreement has been signed at the Quang Nam Provincial
level for Peter Braun from the Open Systems Education Trust, to provide
on-going IT (Information Technology) training, English language education
and the development of social skills. To achieve this in the space
available we need more laptop Personal Computers. We do not have room for
computers to be set up permanently so they are put in a cupboard at the
end of each session.

System licences and licences for MS Office for 10 PCs.
